A busy weekends with photo shooting sessions...
|
|
Last weekends is a hectic photography session for me. For two consequence days, I've been busy capturing moments & people. Beside that, I've refreshed my mind to look at myself specifically and Malaysia generally on how actually that I've been very lucky to be who I am at the place I am being now...
Florathon, Dataran Merdeka - 21 January 2007
From my point of view, this will be the general place where the so-called 'middle class' people of Malaysia will be. Here I can see families & friends get togather in harmony and enjoyable mood. I supposed most Malaysians now will be in this situation & I hope better in the future. I am myself enjoy this kind of environment where it is actually good for the society. Maybe I'm a dad person...
Street Shooting, CM & KL Areas - 21 January 2007
Here you will see the underworld & the not-so-friendly environment in Kuala Lumpur. The traffic & the kinds of people that I may see in the Florathon, may not be the same here. We need not to forget those who are unlucky and lost in the name of development. There are actually many photos that I shot but I don't put them here for now. I'm rather preferred the kind of atmosphere that I felt at the Florathon rather than the 'underworld'...

Last Saturday, I went to Sabak Bernam for a wedding shot with abang Suhaimi, his wife kak Nurul, his son Reza & Salleh. We tried different lighting techniques before and after the wedding (specifically referred to the Nikon Creative Lighting System, CLS) that might be useful for future photography assignment. These are the results & I hope you enjoy the pictures...

Another pictures of flower girls... Actually, I'm not the official photographer for the wedding but 'curi-curi' capturing the moments. The ceremony was at Dewan Perdana Felda, Semarak and I was there helping Abg Suhaimi with his video equipments. The pictures actually quite terrible, but I love the expression of the wary & spontaneous flower girls.
Guess what??? The official photog was Saiful Nang, my old friend. I just looked at him while he was working...
